About Noodle Bar
In 2004, Chef David Chang opened his first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar, in the East Village of New York City. Noodle Bar serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads, soft serve, and daily dishes. Visit us in the East Village or Uptown at Columbus Circle.

Fried Chicken Mondays
Something new for Mondays at Noodle Bar. At dinner, we’ll be serving up platters of Southern-style buttermilk brined fried chicken with savory chive biscuits and white BBQ sauce for $45. We’re also offering no corkage on wine on Mondays only.

Yes. We accept reservations online through OpenTable We accept limited walk-ins at our bar and kitchen counters. Reservations are available 30 days in advance.

Yes. Our corkage fee is $25 per 750 mls for the first two bottles and $35 per bottle for each additional bottle, with a maximum of four bottles per table. Please note, we do not allow corkage for wines that appear on our list.

Yes. We accept take out orders in person. Please note, to go offerings may differ from our online menu. You can also order for delivery via Doordash.
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or at any of our restaurants. NYC gift cards are redeemable at our restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. Please note, Momofuku gift cards are not redeemable at Momofuku Las Vegas or Fuku.
