Kabawa’s menu is a three-course, $145 prix fixe experience, exclusive of beverage, tax, and gratuity. Guests will choose from multiple options for each course—starter, main, and dessert—in a format designed to showcase the depth and diversity of Caribbean cuisine. Our ingredients are thoughtfully procured, featuring local produce from New York neighborhoods with specialty items sourced directly from the Caribbean. We’ll also round out your meal with whatever we’re making that day—something unexpected, something special. Kabawa is a place to take your time and discover something new each time you visit.
